Return Policy

Products can only be returned for replacement or refund if:

·         Product is in mint condition i.e as “new condition” and

·         You show the receipt

·         No part of it is written on

·         The product is complete with original box, packing and accessories

·         If returned within 14 days

·         After 14 days product can be exchanged for another product

·         After 28 days replacement or exchange can be done through the suppliers by the customers

·         When product is not specially ordered

·         All faulty videos, CD’s and MP3’s will be replaced or refunded within 28 days of purchase

·         All videos, CD’s and MP3’s can be replaced only if they are faulty

·         Faulty CDs and videos can only be replaced for a similar product
